Dairy Free Mayo

Dairy Free Mayo which we love to have on hand around here.

Here’s the recipe:
1 egg room temperature
1 tsp salt
1 and 1/4 cup light olive or avocodo oil
2 TBsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 mustard

Put immersion blend to bottom of jar and stir on lowest level right above egg for a few seconds. And then repeat 3-4 times. You’ll notice a thickening. Then you can move the immersion blender up and down to mix it all up.
