The Modern Social Mama; Momtrepeneurs Mastering Social Media in 3 hours a week

Let’s talk growing your social media and leveraging the weekly curated post examples I  created specifically for Momtrepeneurs who are growing a thriving business using social media. I built my first business,  using only social media and took my following from 0 to 68,000 followers in six months. It was a lot of work, and it left me feeling overwhelmed and burn out, when it was all said and done. Since then, I’ve spent time working with business owners who message me daily on how to replicate the success in their following like I  have built for myself.
Relatable posts are something I recommend that you add into your weekly posting schedule when you’re growing a thriving business and social media.

It’s crucial your post to be relatable. We are going for our ideal client to read our posts and say to themselves out louder in their head yeah me too. You know how you have that one person you follow and you read their posts and you say to yourself “yeah, me too” and “oh my gosh that’s happened to me” or “yeah I’ve so been there”, that’s the gold in a relatable post! A relatable post goes something like this:  “I was up 1 million times last night with my baby, I haven’t showered in what seems like days, I fed my kids yogurt for breakfast and stale cereal and the laundry room you can’t even walk into…. These are supposed to be the best days of my life and gosh darn it are they ever, but if someone knocks on my door right now I’ll need to hide because of my appearance and the stink coming from my body. Have you been here to Mama? Give me some advice, I could sure use it.”

From this example you can see how I have a really been descriptive and laid out what I’m going through right now and how it feels. I’m asking for help and if you are a mom I guarantee you’ve been there right and when you read this you’re gonna think/or say by messaging me  oh I’ve still been there one time I didn’t shower for four days whatever whatever whatever, and that’s exactly what we’re going for. We want Moms, in this example, who is my target market, relating to me and sharing their story with me. That’s relatable, and that’s why we do relatable posts because that helps us bond with our target market. And create those relationships.

A relatable  post I recommend is included weekly in your weekly content posting schedule and I break this all down for you So when you’re a curating your weekly schedule for posting, or should I actually recommend you do a month at a time, if you’re in my Modern Social Mama course, which you should be if you’re trying to build a business on social media and you want to track your ideal clients and customers so you can live your dream life and use social media to cash those checks and then it’s for you.

Since then, I’ve spent time working with business owners who message me daily on how to replicate the success in their following like I  have built for myself.

Today let’s talk about a curiosity post. Curiosity post are posts that are crucial for everybody to include in their social media. These are so pivotal because they allow your audience to take interest in your product. In a world where we are being pitched and sold everything all the time the average consumer often gets overwhelmed. But, here is where we are going to be different! We create curiosity instead of telling our audience exactly the product or service we’re selling or what we’re doing to help solve an issue. You create curiosity in a post and  guess what your audience wants to know what it’s about and they are 80 times more likely to jump in when you allow them to essentially opt in and ask you about your post due to curiosity.

A curiosity post I recommend is included weekly in your weekly content posting schedule and I break this all down for you in the Modern Social Mama Course.
So when you’re a curating your weekly schedule for posting, or should I actually recommend you do a month at a time, if you’re in my modern social Momma course, which you should be if you’re trying to build a business on social media and you want to track your ideal clients and customers so you can live your dream life and use social media to cash those checks and then it’s for you. The Modern Social Mama course is using social media for three hours a week or less to dynamically up level your business. I teach you what to post, by getting you a 14 different examples of weekly try to contact you should cycle through to reach your ideal audience. This is all customized to you using your voice and your words so that your ideal client sees it and hears it and connects with you. Social media is a great while you to build relationships, and therefore your business. Because I’m a firm believer in whatever business you’re in you need to build relationships for it. This is hell brands and influencers build a community and an audience that no matter what they’re selling their community buys it and that’s exactly friends what I teach you in the Modern Social Mama.

All right let’s get back to the Deets of the curiosity post… when you’re doing this once a week the most important thing you wanna do in a curiosity post is to give people you want people to be curious based on the product or your service so here’s an example on how to do this: I post a picture of me holding a product or talking specifically about my service but creating curiosity because I want people to ask me either in the comments or DM me and say what is the are using or what is it that you’re doing?

Let me give you an example: I used to drag at 3 PM and have to nap every afternoon, and that is every mom‘s worst nightmare who has 1 million things on our to do list and whose kids are awake during the 3 o’clock hour, what’s a mom to do? Well I had two choices; nap and rest my body or guzzle down a pot of coffee which wasn’t healthy… Now since I started incorporating this new gold in my life my friend introduced me to- I thrive at the 3 PM hour and there’s no longer any nap time for me. And I don’t even drink coffee anymore-this is mom life and I am living my Best in it! Cheers to all you Moms!

See how I shared information in that example that left you curious, right? I guarantee if you’re  a mom you wanna know what I’m doing right because you also are tired at 3 PM and you also have no time to nap. So when I post something like that with a picture of me who is now thriving at 3 PM I’m gonna get a bunch of messages or a bunch of comments saying what are you doing and where can I find that? And that’s a curiosity post done right! So, drop your curiosity post below for a chance for me to review it and give you feedback.

And the best thing about curiosity post in my opinion is they’re easy and they speak for themselves so be sure to include quotes in part of your weekly posting schedule. Let’s talk growing your social media and leveraging the weekly curated post examples I  created specifically for Momtrepeneurs who are growing a thriving business using social media. I built my first business,  using only social media and took my following from 0 to 68,000 followers in six months and built an income of $5k a month in 6 months. Relevance is one of the types of posts I recommend and dish all about in my course called Modern Social Mama made specifically for Mamas who are running businesses, or momtrepeneurs, a.k.a. super moms. Relevant posts are posts that are important to curate into your weekly posting schedule. Think of a relevant posts like your holiday post, so Christmas Valentine’s Day Easter etc. you get the point. You want your people to know that you’re staying relevant meaning that your posts are curated in a real-time basis.  You want your people to know that you’re here- right now for them- and a great way to do that is through a relevant post.  Another example of a relevant post would be, something that’s going on in the world so you’re praying for a certain country that just had storms that ran through or a certain leader in our country or whatever that’s another way you can stay relevant.

A Relevant post again allow your reader to say oh she’s here she’s paying attention in the world- it allows them to see and because its true That I can count on to give me knowledge and that’s exactly the gold we want to see, friends!

Another reason why this is so cool is it’s an easy thing for you to include in your weekly content. Because there’s almost something in relevant each and every week so you don’t have to rack your brain on what to give people to be relevant.

When you’re curating your weekly schedule for posting, or should I actually recommend you do a month at a time, if you’re in my Modern Social Mama, which you should be if you’re trying to build a business on social media and you want to track your ideal clients and customers so you can live your dream life and use social media to cash those checks and then it’s for you. There are many calendars out there that are free to you that give you relevant days, if you know what I’m talking about it’s those days like happy dog day or International Ice Cream Day, etc. Those are days I never knew existed I’m tell me the social media :-) but in order to stay relevant you can leverage one of these calendars and incorporate these posts into your curated schedule.

Quotes for the Modern Social Mama; Momtrepeneurs Mastering Social Media in 3 hours a week

Quotes. This is one of the posts that I always recommend people who wanna grow their business on social media integrate into their weekly content. Quotes are important because it allows your reader to connect with you on a deeper level using your own quotes or from someone else (giving proper credit of course, so they resonate with the words”. We want them to say me too. Like I feel that way too when I read that. Or dang that totally makes my day. Or heck yeah all of us are in this together. Whatever that may be, you know that feeling when you see a quote online from someone and you can really resonate with it, and you love it, and you wanna share to your feed? That’s exactly what we’re going for!

When you’re curating your weekly schedule for posting, which I recommend you do a month at a time, if you’re in my Modern Social Mama course, which you should be if you’re trying to build a business on social media and you want to speak to your idea clients/customers so you can live your dream life and use social media to cash those checks and then it’s for you! The Modern Social Mama is using social media for three hours a week or less to dynamically up level your business. I teach you what to post, by giving you  14 different examples of weekly content you should cycle through to reach your ideal audience. This is all customized to you using your voice and your words so that your ideal client sees it and hears it and connects with you! Social media is a great way to build relationships, and therefore your business. Because I’m a firm believer in whatever business you’re in you need to build relationships. This is why when brands and influencers build a community and an audience that no matter what they’re selling their community buys it-and that’s exactly friends what I teach you in the Modern Social Mama.

When you’re curating using a quote as part of your weekly posting schedule, you want to think about your brand and use your brand words which again I am using a Modern Social Mama course I teach you what your brand words are, so you want to use quotes that fit your brands. They could be quotes that you’ve said or are important to you or quotes from other famous authors, podcasts, or celebrities etc. that you love and follow and that support your brand. A part of growing this relationship with your social media audience is getting them value, that’s what social media should be about. When we give our audience quotes that match our brand it allows people to connect to us and realize oh, I  love that quote too or me too and that’s when that relationship and community starts building.

So where do you find these quotes that are so important to you, that can make a difference in your social media? You can find these quotes a variety of places some of my favorites are Canva. Type in the search bar quotes for clothes or whatever your specific brand would be, wellness or mom and then a bunch of quotes will come up specific to that. Another resource would be Google. Type it into Google and then search the images. You can either use those images right off Google or create your own when doing a quote. The only thing that I recommend and of course it goes without saying because we never wanna copy anybody else’s work is that if somebody is credited saying the quote, give them credit. It’s the right thing to do.

And the best thing about quotes in my opinion is they’re easy and they speak for themselves so be sure to include quotes in part of your weekly posting schedule. If you need more inspiration and help  growing a thriving business leveraging social media all without the overwhelming burn out of knowing all the ins and outs of social media be sure to join the Modern Social Mama, where I break down exactly how to do social media in a way that puts money in your pocket where you’re creating relationships with your ideal client all while mastering social media in less than three hours a week.
